Elk Grove Area High School Swimming
There are nine high school swim teams in the Elk Grove area. Cosumnes Oaks, Elk Grove, Florin, Franklin, Laguna Creek, Monterey Trails, Pleasant Grove, Sheldon and Valley. These nine teams compete in the Delta River, Delta Valley and Capital Valley conferences as well as the San Joaquin Section. Over 500 athletes compete week after week to constantly and consistantly improve their personal times and improve the standings of their team. Coaches in the Elk Grove area work to build confidence, self esteem, leadership skills and team building for each of their swimmers.
